BRIEF
A new terrain was developed in Frederiskhavn for a suburban housing area. The plots were divided and put on sale. The task was to place several dwelling examples on the new plots to attract clients. In this way, they could buy the plot together with a house project designed specifically for that area at a more affordable price. CONCEPT
1. The area of the new development is Lohmanshave, Frederikshavn. In the South, there are already many new neighborhoods and the city is planning to further extend housing opportunities.
2. Plots which already have been sold are marked withplaceholder houses.
3. The proposed houses are placed on the soon to be sold plots.
4. There is also a second stage (Etape 2) when the city will further develop new houses
